SUPPORTING THE PROJECT

As part of our community ethos we are offering the opportunity to sponsor a tree or bench as a popular way of remembering a loved one or celebrating a milestone such as a birthday or anniversary. Others may just want to adopt a tree because they value the natural environment and want to support the work of BWT. Whatever your reason, we have a range of simple and affordable ways for you to contribute to the development of the project.

MAKE A DONATION

You can support us through a one-off or small regular monthly donation which we would be very grateful for. We are also registered for Gift Aid.

SPONSORING A TREE

If you simply wish to sponsor a tree in the woods, the cost is £30, to include a certificate of thanks for your support and acknowledgement on our sponsorship list on our website.

If you wish to plant a more established tree in memory of a loved one or to recognise a celebratory event then we can arrange this. We will discuss the species you would like, order the tree and arrange for it to be planted. The cost of this will be the price of the tree and an administration charge to support the work of BWT.

SPONSOR A BENCH OR PICNIC TABLE

At many places on the site we would like to place benches and picnic tables for people to use and enjoy the site. We will supply the bench or table which will include a small engraved plaque. Your sponsorship will last for the duration of the life of the bench or table.

The cost of sponsoring benches and tables will vary depending on the type and construction material but will usually start from £450.
